Project Manager Industrial Engineering - Focus on Automation (m/f/d)

In your role, you conduct complicated automation projects as part of the transformation at the site in Wismar. You develop solutions by using robotics for the transformation of production, plan implementation and implement it together with other project staff. Within these projects you control both the project staff and external partners. Your focus is on improving existing manufacturing technology by automating and using robotics. You regularly tune with the ordering department manager and other interfaces. Complex problem analyses, the development of problem solutions as well as the initiation of measures with identified risks/deviations also fall into your area of responsibility. In your projects, you ensure compliance with the specified time and costs and take into account the requirements of quality management.

You can present a successfully completed bachelor's degree, in the field of economic engineering or the like and already has several years of professional experience.

You have first experience in the project management, ideally also through an IPMA Level D certification.

Safe handling of the use and running of automation solutions in the industrial environment is desirable.

You have a strong technology and process affinity and experience in the selection and implementation of new technologies.

You have knowledge of the production environment and the control of external partners.

You are characterized by a very good oral and written expression and a great sense of responsibility.
