Team Leader Civil Engineer Planning & Construction (m/w/d)

Our client is a successful, medium-sized family company based in Niederbayern, which has been planning and producing high-quality prefabricated concrete parts for the construction industry for over 80 years. The company manufactures individual components such as stairs, balconies, ceilings, walls, foundations and special parts. In the course of a succession control, we are exclusively looking for a civil engineer, experienced designer or construction engineer (m/w/d), who takes over the technical direction of the planning/construction department. In this key position, you are responsible for the design, detail and work planning as well as the design of finished parts in the building. You coordinate the planning documents with construction sites, architects, Statikers and executive companies and lead a dedicated team of eight employees.

Technical management of a well-established team (planner, designer, construction manager) and support of the remaining planning department Practical design, detail and work planning as well as static design of precast concrete parts in the building (including stairs, balconies, ceilings, double walls, thermal walls) Coordination and coordination of project documents with construction sites, architects, statistics and executive firms Control of internal processes in close coordination with operating management and production Working with the optimization of processes and planning tools

Completed studies in civil engineering or further training as a civil engineer or experienced designer Professional experience in prefabricated construction or construction (min. 1-3 years), ideally in factory or structural planning Safe handling of CAD software (e.g. Baubit, Dicad, Frilo or Allplan) Structured, solution-oriented operation Team skills, communication strength and high personal commitment
