Marketing Spezialist - CRM / Trade Marketing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the care and quality of our customer data in Salesforce and are constantly developing our CRM processes and the customer journey. As a central interface to the German dealer network, you plan, coordinate and control local marketing activities and their budgets. You design, organize and attend exclusive events for our top customers and agree closely with the headquarters to customer retention measures. You support the implementation of national campaigns and prepare meaningful reporting and presentations for management. You work with cross-departmental projects and support the team in operational tasks such as fleet management.

You have a degree in BWL or a comparable qualification. You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel) and have already gained experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce. Thanks to your analytical skills and structured working methods, you can quickly find new topics and keep an overview. As a powerful organizational talent with hands-on mentality, you can work independently and solution-oriented. You speak German and English fluently and ideally bring basic knowledge in Italian.
