Payroll and Digitalization Specialist

In this position, you actively support the digital transformation of personnel administration and the continuous development and optimization of billing processes. Your expertise brings you into projects in an operational manner – especially when introducing and developing modern HR and billing systems. You take responsibility for the care and quality of the personal master files as well as the preparation and processing of evaluations and statistics for internal and external purposes. In defined organizational units, you support monthly wage and salary billing and ensure reliable time recording. All accounting-relevant individual issues are handled independently and always take into account the current statutory, tax, social insurance and collective agreements. Control, check and monitor the follow-up activities of the pay bill and ensure a smooth running. You create wage tax certificates and registrations and actively participate in monthly and annual accounts.

Professional training or higher degree, ideally with a focus on staff, payroll accounting or pay billing Experience in wage billing and in the time economy, ideally in the construction industry Extensive interest in the digitization of HR processes and experience in the introduction and use of modern HR systems Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Safe handling of current MS Office applications Structured, careful and reliable operation High numerical affinity and a pronounced sense of responsibility Teamability, communication strength and service orientation
