Sales Data Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Sales Data Specialist (m/w/d) for our business development in full time (40 hours/week) or part-time (at least 20 hours/week). You can work in one of our branches, e.g. in Berlin, Bickenbach, Bingen, Bochum, Crailsheim, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg, Offenbach, Stuttgart or in consultation with the home office. As Sales Data Specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the following tasks: You ensure the quality of our customer data, reliably check and query information or supplement these logically if necessary You investigate inconsistencies, keep in touch with internal contacts and thus ensure a high data consistency You support our internal employees (secretariat, project managers and executives) with questions about customer data and contribute to a smooth workflow You carry out regular quality checks to ensure data quality You prepare short documentation or Training content for frequent questions You bring their own ideas, identify potential for improvement and actively contribute to the further development of our sales app You have the opportunity to expand your task step by step, for example, in other areas of the app or in the direction of responsibility for the area of customer data

You have completed commercial training, e.g. Kaufmann Büromanagement (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification You are motivated to work into our internal sales app You like to work digitally and are practiced in modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft365 applications, Microsoft teams and OneNote You have a good understanding of the handling of information and are entitled to actively shape the data quality You are responsible and confidential with sensitive data You work carefully and structured and bring a high degree of self-motivation, sense of responsibility and team spirit with
