Property Manager - Inventory Management (m/f/d)

Operating Property Management Continuous support and management of residential and commercial properties Renter communication in daily business (requests, complaints, clarifications) Organisation and implementation of housing transfers and withdrawals Empty management and support for new rentals Maintenance of property and tenant data, structured documentation Maintenance & service provider control Planning, commissioning and control of craftsmen and service providers Coordination of maintenance and repair measures (cost/grade) Implementation of technical requirements in close coordination with the architect Processing and tracking of damage cases including Insurance Operating costs & Commercial Preparation and testing of operating costs/intermediate cost accounting Plausibility checks on invoices and cost developments Support for contract and inventory documents

Completed training as a real estate businessman or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in property management / house management Solid understanding of rental contract management, maintenance and operating costs Organisational strength, reliability and hands-on mentality Strong and enforceable in handling tenants and service providers Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with management software German, English knowledge of advantage
