Accounts receivable accountant - factoring / receivables management (m/f/d)

You check your factoring buyers' invoices and purchase them independently You apply debitor master data, care it and keep it up to date You check, apply and manage Debitor Limite as part of the risk specifications You prepare the payouts after successful purchase and book payment receipts, actively clarify open items You conduct dunnings and run active receivable management You are contact person:in for your factoring customers:in the daily business and communicate and agree with our credit insurance You actively shape and improve processes and perform general administrative tasks

You have a commercial training with experience in debitor accounting – knowledge in factoring or receivable management is a plus You have knowledge of credit limits and credit insurance, which is of advantage You are sure to go with MS Office – you can learn more systems quickly You work independently, but never lose sight of your client: inside You communicate clearly and directly – whether with customers, colleagues or insurance
