Do you want to help shape how artificial intelligence changes the development of future electric drives? In the e‐Drive Large Cars project management, we control all the e‐Drive development activities of the Mercedes‐Benz Electric Architecture across the range. With the increasing use of AI methods in development and project management processes, we are expanding our team with motivated support that is keen to bring innovative data-based approaches to the project everyday. Our work is characterized by team spirit, self-responsibility, a high variety of topics and the willingness to go new ways. Daily business and future topics are hand in hand with us – especially when it comes to using AI-based tools for planning, analysis and decision support. What awaits you: Insights into development processes of the e‐Drive and its components in the large group Using AI-based methods in project management (e.g. automation, data analysis, decision support) Responsive tasks in a dynamic, future-oriented environment A team that builds on honest feedback, mutual support and the courage to innovation Various possibilities for personal development Network building with students and experts from Mercedes‐Benz AG These challenges include: Creation of management-relevant documents – supported by modern AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Data Insights) Cooperation in strategic and technically interdisciplinary project teams Application of AI-based analysis approaches to optimize time, resource and maturity planning Maintenance and further development of planning and control tools (terminal plans, quality gates), including use of AI-based forecasting functions Participation in the planning, organisation and partially automated evaluation of workshops Support in the preparation and follow-up of committees and voting dates incl. Recording Search for AI‐Use‐Cases in the automotive project environment and evaluation of potentials The activity can begin from September 2026.

Programme in the field of (economic)ingenieurs, natural sciences, computer science or comparable High affinity for data, digital tools and AI applications Secure knowledge of German and English Good handling of MS‐Office; first experience with AI tools or automation solutions of advantage Own initiative, analytical thinking and structured working Motivation to quickly capture and develop complex topics Communication and team skills Interest in project management and digital innovation fields Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
