LBBW Service GmbH is the specialist in back office and operation processes in the LBBW Group. With our teams at the main locations in Stuttgart and Leipzig, we create a sustainable value for our clients through know-how and innovative strength. Our core competence is professional and efficient processing and continuous optimization of standard and quantity processes operating in bank. Our field of activity is divided into the Business Lines data logistics, payment services, credit services, IT services, administration services, ad hoc solutions and banking operations. In addition, we are constantly working to extend our range of tasks. Our Group Special-ZV and Value Services is a service provider and contact person for the handling of the responsible Eil/SEPA payment traffic as well as cheque processing. At the same time, we carry out plausibility checks for evidence in need of clarification. The range of tasks also includes cash and false money processing and the financial execution of variety and precious metal shops. The money and value logistics service providers are also controlled for the LBBW Group.

Processing and verification of payment transactions (IZV) and accompanying ticket orders Post-processing of the prudent payment transactions via FCP (e.g. transfers and cheques) and implementation of necessary quality controls Technical support for internal customers as a telephone contact in case of problems such as ZV orders, complaints and general requests Takeover of special activities and representation within the group or LBBW Service GmbH

Successfully completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in the field of expertise Embossed contact and communication skills with very good German knowledge as well as service-oriented appearance and team skills Self-employed, systematic and concentrated working with a sense of responsibility for their own tasks Embossed contact and communication skills as well as high service orientation Good MS Office knowledge and routined use in daily work High readiness, flexibility and motivation, even in challenging situations Team skills and ambition as valuable support for team work
