Your duties You are responsible for the independent planning, organisation and implementation of trade fairs, congresses and workshops in coordination with internal and external partners Active participation in the design of new event formats will give you pleasure and you will bring your own ideas You are responsible for the organisation of specialist lectures by doctors and take over the travel planning for speakers: You adapt the system booth to the respective exhibition areas in coordination and cooperation with the trade fair planner You take care of the data management and management of the events using the company-specific event management software Microsoft Dynamics You form the interface for the coordination between product management, sales and the respective congress organization In effective congresses, you are part of the team on site and ensure a smooth running

Your profile You have successfully completed a commercial training or study in the fields of event management, tourism, marketing and have several years of professional experience You have pleasure in the organization, work professionally and solution-oriented Support your very good communicative skills, your concept of services and your positive, safe occurrence The Teamwork and fun working together are just as important as us With the current MS Office programs you are well familiar Ideally, you already have knowledge in handling event management software solutions (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and in trade fair construction Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as a readiness for travel of approx. 15% round your profile
