As a working student People & Culture (m/w/d) with a focus on personal development, you help us actively shape learning, development and change in the company. You work on modern development programs, develop our HR-SharePoint and accompany change and communication measures – with a clear focus on digital solutions, structure and usability. You will get responsibility early, bring your own ideas and work on topics that continue to develop our organization. Tasks Digital HR Processes, SharePoint & Communication Active cooperation in the further development of our HR-SharePoint (structure, content, user management) Care and optimization of HR contents in the intranet including editorial preparation Support for change and communication measures (e.g. internal communication, rollouts, presentations, guides) Support in creating reports, dashboards and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint) Operational day business support and ongoing HR and change projects Learning, development programs & training administration Support in the planning, organisation and evaluation of training, workshops and development programmes Working in training management incl. Care and development of our Learning Management System (LMS) Creation and processing of digital learning and communication materials Research on modern learning formats, tools and best practices in the area of Learning & Development

We need your support 20 hours a week. Of course, you can also support us full time in lecture-free times - if you want to. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Embossed digital mindset (“Digital Native”) and secure handling of Microsoft 365 (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) Experience with SharePoint or high motivation to actively shape the further development of SharePoint structures and content Organizational talent with hands-on mentality and a structured, independent and proactive way of working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as knowledge of English
