Head of Finance, Buildings, IT (m/f/d)

As Head of Finance, Building and IT, you play a central and shaping role in our foundation. You are responsible for the financial stability to ensure a sustainable development of our educational landscape. You lead a team of currently five employees in the foundation administration and coordinate the work of approx. 70 other people in the field of accounting, building and IT at our schools. Your tasks include: Strategic financial planning: development and implementation of a forward-looking financial strategy taking into account the specific requirements and challenges of a free school institution. Transformation to central accounting: Conduct and active design of the current transition to central accounting, including the implementation of new processes and systems. Accounting & Controlling: Total responsibility for financial and accounting, including the preparation of annual accounts according to HGB, ensuring transparent financial reporting and cooperation with auditors. Control instruments: building and implementing modern control instruments for the continuous optimization of financial processes and for sound decision-making. Budgeting and controlling: Responsibility for annual budget planning, ongoing budget control, analysis of deviations and optimization of cost structure. Infrastructure management: Responsibility for financing and coordination of investments in our school buildings and IT infrastructure.

Complete business studies, ideally with a focus on financial and accounting, controlling or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional and management experience, ideally in financial and accounting in a larger company. Experience in the implementation of change processes, ideally in the field of accounting or ERP systems. High IT affinity with very good Excel knowledge as well as experience with Microsoft Navision / infoma Embossed communication skills, team skills and an independent, solution-oriented working method as well as empirical and motivating leadership qualities Identification with the values and objectives of the school foundation as well as the willingness to actively engage in it.
