The legal advice of organizational units in the Department of Hospital and Rehabilitation is your responsibility – you are the central contact person in legal disputes and complex legal issues. With your legal expertise, you control and manage contractual complaints independently and accompany legal disputes from analysis to the successful solution – this is one of your central core tasks You examine contracts with a view to significant risks and make clear, practical recommendations for further action. You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of process quality in the field of expertise, continuously develop legal standards and support in the design of internal processes in a practical, comprehensible and legally secure manner. Legal basic knowledge is provided by training to employees and thus strengthen legal competence throughout the team.

You have successfully completed both legal state examina and are full legal or full legal. You have already gained knowledge and practical experience in social and medical law, especially in hospital law you are safe.
