You expect challenging tasks and projects, such as Stepwise takeover of the system support of the SAP HCM modules PA, PT and PY (personal administration, time management and personnel accounting) Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes for identifying efficiency potentials Interface function between HR department, IT and external service provider, including the translation of technical requirements into technical solutions Conception and implementation (Customizing) of new legal and operational requirements in the SAP system Active participation in local and international HR/IT projects

Successfully completed studies, ideally in (economic) informatics, BWL with IT Focus or a comparable subject High IT affinity and ability to work quickly into the logic of complex software and new systems Strongly pronounced analytical thinking capacity for recognizing and solving complex relationships Specific prior knowledge of SAP HCM or personnel billing desirable German language skills in word and writing
