As (Senior) Manager Financial Business Partner(m/w/d)b, you are a key part of our Finance Organisation. You are responsible for all topics related to reporting and planning of the departments. You work closely with the top management and have regular contact at C-level level Strategic orientation: You shape the strategic orientation of the area and develop concepts for future control and reporting Business Partnering: As a link between finance and the operational areas, you will ensure that financial decisions are based on sound data and support business goals Reporting and analysis: You'll create meaningful reports and analyses to monitor performance and derive action recommendations Budgeting and Planning: Together with the departments you develop budgets and supports long-term planning Project work: You are involved in the introduction of new processes and systems and make sure that financial aspects are taken into account Communication: Your professional appearance allows you to communicate effectively with the top management and to communicate complex facts intelligibly

Experience: You have profound experience in the financial sector and have already worked successfully as a business partner Analytical skills: You can analyze complex data and derive sound decisions from it Communication strength: Your sovereign appearance allows you to act at C level and to understand complex facts Teamplayer: You are happy to work in the team and can put yourself well into different disciplines
