As a working student (d/m/w/x) in the field of Car Sales, you are an important support in the planning, organization and refurbishment of our workshops, domain dates and internal events – from the agenda to action tracking, you will ensure a smooth process. With your feel for visualization, you will create and advise presentations that optimally prepare our project updates and status reports. You actively support us in the entire Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process by combining content for Quarter Planning, Check-ins, Reviews & Retros, Boards/Overviews, and performing appointment management. For efficient control communication, you provide Agenden, document results and make sure that all measures are maintained. In the day-to-day business of the marketing domain, you actively engage, coordinate tasks, advise teams/SharePoint content, support in voting and provide important foundations for our decisions with easy evaluations. Your task is rounded off by administrative activities such as document care and the organization of important to-dos.

How do you fit into our team? You are an immatricated student (d/m/w/x) of the BWL, marketing, communication sciences, media, business informatics or a comparable course of study, and you want to work regularly at least 15 hours a week in our office in Ulm. Ideally, you have already gained first experiences in agile development, MarTech, project management, assistance or PMO activities and want to deepen them with us. With your safe handling in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, as well as your structured, reliable and independent way of working, you can optimally get into our team. Your very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, as well as your joy of communication and team-wide cooperation, are yours. You are passionate about marketing processes, digital communication and car sales and want to actively shape and learn.
