In this role, you work closely with our Global CIO and Global Head of Digital Value, Data & AI as well as other executives to strategically control our global digital, IT and AI portfolio. You will ensure that initiatives are effectively prioritized, implemented transparently and aligned with our business goals. Your contribution is crucial to exploit synergies, minimize risks and maximize the value of our digital initiatives. We are looking for a strategic thinking personality with strong organizational and communication skills, analytical strength and diplomatic skills.

Tasks Support for the Global CIO and Global Head of Digital Value, Data & AI in the development and implementation of digital, IT and AI strategies as well as in communication with departments and management. Responsibility for controlling and coordinating the global digital, IT and AI portfolio, including pipeline planning, gatekeeping, prioritization and monitoring Monitoring of the entire project life cycle, from evaluation and approval to implementation and follow-up Development and implementation of portfolio management processes, governance structures and best practices Implementation of risk analyses and development of risk mitigation measures Consolidation and reporting of relevant key figures, risks and milestones to Executive Leadership Close cooperation with cross-functional teams, project management and external partners to ensure strategic orientation and value creation Development and maintenance of tools (such as JIRA), templates and reporting standards Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, licenses and internal guidelines Support for internal and external audits Promoting an innovation-oriented, data-driven culture

Skills Completed studies in (economic) informatics, digital business or a comparable subject (master of advantage) At least 5 years of experience in portfolio, program or project management, ideally in an international environment or in business consulting Detectable successes in controlling complex transformation projects Understanding IT architectures, ERP processes, cloud technologies and data and AI trends Certifications like PMP, ITIL or comparable are a plus Embossed analytical skills combined with business orientation and strategic thinking Hands-on mentality and the ability to act effectively in a dynamic, global environment

The minimum salary for this item is € 3,654,94 gross per month on a full-time basis (38,5 hours). A clear overpayment according to your qualification and experience is of course for us.
