Technical and disciplinary management of the decentralized Kodierassistteinnen und -assistenten and DRG-Controller Ensuring proper and timely coding in all departments and departments Training of new colleagues in the DRG system and consulting and development of concepts for optimal documentation and coding quality Close cooperation with various professional groups – especially with doctors and care professionals – as an interface between the decentralised teams and the central medical controlling

Completed training in a medical field or comparable qualification Finded knowledge of the DRG nomenclature and coding rules, proven by a corresponding course Representative leadership and control competence Ability to motivate and target-oriented teams Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence Safe handling of common EDV applications, especially SAP, Excel and PowerPoint
