Implementation and active development of the Lean-Construction Strategy for the sustainable optimization of our construction processes – in particular in deep, road and rail construction Consultation and support of our construction teams in the application of Lean methods and tools such as LPS, 5S and GPA Moderation of Lean workshops and cooperative phase planning to optimize the design Training and motivation of users and communication of the Lean Principles – as an innovator, multiplier and Sparring Partner Establishing a Single Lean Mint Set in the Company in close cooperation with management, branch management and executives

Completed studies in civil engineering, project management, industrial engineering or comparable Practical experience with Lean Construction and safe handling of Lean methods and tools Ideally, experience in the construction or project management of infrastructure projects and in the implementation of process improvements and change processes Embossed communication, presentation and moderation capability combined with structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
