Assistant to the branch management (m/f/d)

You support branch management in strategic projects and tasks In doing so, you will participate in the planning and carry out independent project management on strategically relevant topics (strategy, operational improvement, reorganisation, quality management, etc.) You prepare policy templates and presentations in close cooperation with the Executive Board, departments and the Central Organisation You take over the preparation and follow-up, the logging of meetings, meetings and workshops, as well as the follow-up of decisions and decisions of the branch management Analyzing business data on real estate business topics and compiling evaluations are part of your task You work closely with the management and assistance department in organizing daily business. You contribute to the internal communication of the branch management and represent public relations

You have a successfully completed degree course (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) with the subject of economics, industrial engineering or in a comparable discipline. Further requirements: Ideally, you will have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable task and will have an interest in immobility issues. Your target orientation and flexibility in dealing with changing framework conditions are just as important as your business-oriented thinking and organizational skills You can communicate with your address and have an authentic and secure appearance You are routined in dealing with standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) as well as open to acquiring the use of in-house applications such as SAP You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz You provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
