Do you want to actively shape strategic decisions and shape the future of an international company? In this position, you work on key strategic issues, analyze market potentials and develop sustainable growth strategies for our business areas together with internal stakeholders. The following activities are expected: Cooperation in the development and development of strategies and strategic initiatives Support in the implementation of strategy processes, strategy reviews and workshops Analysis of market, competition and technology trends to identify new business potentials Implementation of financial, market and business analyses for products, business units and subsidiaries Implementation of subprojects in compliance with costs, time and quality as part of the development of the overall business strategy and in special topics Support for special strategic topics in Business Development and M&A Creation of management presentations and decision templates

Completed study of economics, Economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in business development, strategy or controlling Project Management Certification according to IPMA Level D and/or Methods Competence in Strategy Development Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Jira and Confluence Benefits Safe appearance, analytical and future-oriented thinking and technical understanding Global readiness
