Senior HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated HR Pay specialist (m/w/d) part-time for the billing of fees, who with expertise and commitment cares our payrolls reliably and carefully. In this role, you contribute significantly to ensuring that all employees receive their salary on time and correctly – with a high level of quality and an open ear for individual concerns.

Your tasks You take full pay and salary billing – including the audit of payable times from the time recording system as well as the execution of test and real accounting You trigger payments for pay, social security contributions and pay tax and electronically transfer all relevant notifications to the health insurance companies and the tax office You're posing the master data in the billing system, transferring data to the personal system and providing a structured, current database You are contact*in for all billing-relevant questions – internally and externally You carry and care the personal files according to the specified structure and make sure that relevant documents land in the repository on time You create meaningful statistics and, if necessary, perform further tasks that belong to your field of activity and are transferred to you from the line

That draws you You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on wage and salary accounting You bring several years of professional experience in pay billing and you know very well in labour, social security and tax law The handling of billing software is familiar to you – optimally you have already worked with LOGA. You can also master MS Office You work structured, carefully and reliably – and keep track of complex numbers at all times Confidential handling of sensitive employee data is, of course, discretion and integrity are your work You are a team player, communicate clearly and actively engage in cooperation with colleagues and other departments
