As a specialist transformer, you take a key role directly on the construction site: you guide and organize the work on site, also pack yourself with and connect practical assembly experience with technical responsibility. The activity includes mechanical work on power transformers as well as electrical interfaces, testing and commissioning support in the field of energy generation and distribution systems.

These are your tasks:

Hands-on implementation of maintenance, maintenance, assembly and repair measures to power transformers - including own practical use at the construction site Support for mechanical work such as disassembly, assembly, sealing, oil treatment, attachments, coolers, feedthroughs and auxiliary units Participation in electrical activities and interfaces, e.g. diagnostic measurements, connection controls, function checks and commissioning Technical guidance of the assembly team as well as coordination of the works, subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project Ensuring the safety of work for your own team, cooperating companies and subcontractors and consistent implementation of legal regulations customer support, technical coordination at eye level and solution-oriented communication during construction site processing Support of project management in the event of event tracking, claim, risk and project management, as well as in the calculation Ensuring an economical, timely and quality-secured order processing - with a view to technology and construction site practice

Your profile - this is what you should bring:

Practical experience in the medium-voltage and high-voltage range, power transformers (>110 kV, >100 MVA), as well as readiness for active construction site work Complete technical training, ideally complemented by technician or master qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, metal construction, industrial mechanics or comparable - with pronounced mechanical expertise Electricity or electric power for defined activities Safe appearance as a construction manager with practical mentality: You coordinate, decide and run your assembly team - but stay close to tool and construction site practice Flowing German knowledge, good MS office skills and driving class B EU-wide readiness to travel, in particular Germany, Benelux, Ireland, Switzerland and Sweden Flexibility in planning changes as well as binding, reliable and safety-conscious operation

The following points would be desirable, but are not mandatory:

Experience with diagnostic measurements, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair in the high-voltage environment Knowledge of processes, safety regulations and construction site organisation in power plants, substations or industrial energy plants English language skills for reading and writing technical documents Experience in the professional management of small assembly teams or in the coordination of contractors at construction sites
