We are looking for an assistant physician Geriatrische Rehabilitation (m/w/d) in full-time/part-time to expand our medical team in Bad Sebastiansweiler.

As an assistant physician (m/w/d) in Geriatric Rehabilitation, you are part of a dedicated team dedicated to the holistic care of older patients. In this role you support medical care and contribute to improving the quality of life of our patients. Implementation of geriatric assessments and preparation of individual treatment plans. Close cooperation with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, therapists and nursing staff. Creating laboratory and ECG analysis when recording, in the course of and for dismissal. Monitoring and adaptation of the therapeutic measures for optimal patient care. Planning of post-stationary social-medical care in close cooperation with specialist and social services. Ensuring the timely documentation of the course of treatment and release documents. Advice and support for patients and their relatives in medical issues.
