IT support & Troubleshooting: You take over the telephone and personal support for IT users and analyze and solve technical problems on site and remote Interface between users & IT teams: As a central contact person, you coordinate the communication between users and other support teams Ticket Management: You can classify and edit incoming tickets and forward complex inquiries to the relevant departments IT-supported process optimization: Together with the specialist departments, you improve laboratory processes through the targeted use of IT systems and support the automation and the connection of laboratory equipment Project support: You are active in hardware and software projects, customer projects and LIMS subprojects with Documentation & inventory: Your careful documentation and management of IT assets ensures transparency and efficiency in IT operations

You have completed training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable technical/nature science discipline You also have at least 3 years of professional experience Ideally, you could gain first experience in the analytical or medical service laboratory The independent, responsible work with strong communication and team skills is of course for you You value reliability, punctuality and liability and want to ensure high service quality for customers
