Set up, operate and monitor our CNC grinding machines in the production of metal circular saw blades Roughening of machines and selection, changing and dressing of grinding wheels Production of individual parts and small series according to factory standard Adjust grinding parameters and correct programs directly on the machine Self-responsible testing of manufactured parts with measuring instruments Participation in the ongoing optimization of processes and service lives

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic Technical field grinding technology, tool grinder, tool mechanic, precision mechanic, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification professional experience on grinding machines, ideally CNC-controlled; Knowledge of common controls (e.g. Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain) are advantageous Experienced grinders from conventional production are also welcome – we bring you the changeover to our machines Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices Embossed quality awareness and feeling for precision in the centenary and centenary range Careful, reliable and independent operation
