Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen In your position, you are actively involved in the design of the worldwide compliance management systems (e.g. risk management system) in the field of customs law. They prepare strategic decisions on customs matters of the Bosch Group. You control the worldwide uniform interpretation of these decisions. Furthermore, you will continuously analyse changes in customs law and ensure that necessary measures to ensure compliance are implemented in a targeted manner. They operate professionally and work with projects to implement operational and/or legal requirements in customs law. You take responsibility for the successful implementation of the project objectives. Within the framework of customs consultations, you will draw up sound opinions for associations and authorities.

Education: successfully completed studies in the field of law, business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification or dipl. Financial economist ( Customs department) experience and know-how: first professional experience in customs consulting, customs administration or in the customs department of an international company with a focus on customs law; experience in the design and implementation of compliance requirements and GRC systems in the field of customs law within a matrix structure; pronounced process understanding (end-to-end process thinking) Personality and working methods: They are a team player with excellent communication skills; Your work is motivated, analytical and structured, while acting independently and enforceable; Their distinct problem-solving competence and creativity are among your greatest strengths; Your presentation skills complete your profile Working day: we work in a flexible and mobile way, 2-3 days a week we are together on site Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 86,000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
