Salesforce Agentic AI Consultant (m/f/d)

Discovery & Use-Case Workshops: You run Discovery and Use-Case workshops with specialist areas and identify Agentic AI scenarios for Salesforce Agentic Enterprise and other GenAI platforms. Agent- & Prompt-Design: You build agents (via Agent Builder) and write robust agents and prompts and define - relevant to an agent - roles, action, guardrails and channel. Prototyping & MVP implementation: You realize agents in our customer projects, build prototypes and MVPs with LLMs. In addition, you connect knowledge sources, backend systems and salesforce clouds in cooperation with data and integration teams. Pre-Sales support: You will first create content modules (use-case descriptions, procedure models, objections) for Salesforce/Agentforce/GenAI projects, build demos and POCs and present them in pitches and customer appointments. Go-to-Market & Thought Leadership: You’ll participate in Go-to-Market and Marketing activities, such as demos, webinars and expert contributions to positioning our adesso Agentic Enterprise.

(studies) You have a completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable field. Consulting & Agentic Know-How: You have first experience in IT/business consulting with focus on Salesforce, Data, AI and Digital Transformation and have practical experience in handling Large Language models and GenAI platforms and ideally experience with AI agents. Prompt Engineering: You have experience in Prompt Engineering (Best Practises, Token Optimaziation, etc.) in the context of Salesforce Agentforce360 and Data360. Technical understanding: You bring a good technical understanding and ideally programming knowledge to work closely with development teams. Pre-Sales Experience: You have experience in pre-sales – e.g. in the design and implementation of pitch presentations, supply creation, estimation and cooperation with sales teams. Communication strength & language: You communicate safely with departments and IT and bring very good German and good English skills.
