For our mandates, a growing company from the food and system gassing industry, we are looking for the ideal occupation for the position: HR Specialist (m/w/d) Administration & Payroll

Own implementation and preparation of salary billing incl. Reporting (taxes & social security) Care and control of employee master data and movement data Creation and processing of labour law documents (e.g. contracts, certificates) Contact person for employees in administrative questions about Payroll Cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners (e.g. authorities, social security institutions) Participation in HR projects and optimization of processes Support for annual work and special topics

Completed studies in the field of BWL or commercial training with relevant professional experience (e.g. payroll, tax subject) Knowledge of wage and salary accounting and tax and social security law Experience in the working environment and in the creation of HR documents Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with common accounting systems Structured, independent and conscientious operation
