As team leader:in electrical engineering maintenance you are the technical backbone of our plant in Dornbirn. You will lead a dedicated team to the smooth operation of our plants and drive projects with technical vision and organizational skills. Tasks in this job You run a team of around 15 maintenance-electrics You are responsible for electrotechnical safety and plant responsibility throughout the Dornbirn plant You coordinate orders and share employees You plan and monitor extensive projects You organize and coordinate the use of foreign companies You take responsibility for the planning and acceptance of new plants You enter and support our apprentices in their specialist training

You have completed technical training (e.g. plant electrical:in or plant electrical:in) You bring several years of professional experience in special machine construction, plant construction, control and robotics as well as in control cabinet construction with A completed master exam is advantageous You've already gained first experience in employee management and project work Even if it gets hectic, you can keep an overview and set priorities right
