Consultancy and installation of software: You install software in the IT environment of our commercial customers and advise them on the optimal configuration to perfectly match the payment process to their needs Onboarding and product consulting: You accompany customers onboarding and support them with detailed advice about our commercial payment products Customer support: You are the contact person for the 1st and 2nd level support for our payment product range – by phone, in writing or directly on site Acquisition and appointment management: You prepare acquisition measures before and after, coordinate customer appointments and take care of the compilation of relevant documents for our consultants Collaborative support: You provide technical support in commercial n Payment to your colleagues and contribute to the continuous development of the team Contract management: You process self-responsible contractual adjustments and carry out collections in the system

You have a successfully completed training as a banker (m/w/d) Ideally, you have completed the Electronic Banking Seminar – If not, we will be happy to support you in further training You bring multi-year professional experience in the field of digital payment for corporate customers You have a passion for digital solutions and understand how to share this enthusiasm with your customers You convince by a pronounced customer orientation, a high solution competence and very good communication skills
