Your tasks:

• Analysis and control of the financial performance of our works (cost, result, productivity)
• Identification of optimization potentials in the fields of material use, manufacturing efficiency, committee and OEE
• Support of local teams in implementing measures to increase efficiency
• Participation in the creation and coordination of budgets and forecasts at work level
• Implementation of deviation analyses and development of appropriate control measures, cost accounting & cost-effectiveness analyses
• Support in the further development of cost centers and cost center accounting
• Participation in calculations, make-or-buy analyses and profitability assessments at work level
• Support for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Implementation of ad hoc analyses and KPI evaluations for management, works and management
• Active role in group-wide initiatives such as ERP rollouts or BI system introductions

Your qualifications:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, controlling, finance or economic engineering
• Multiannual experience in factory/production controlling, ideally in the automotive or industrial environment
• Analytical strength, pronounced numerical understanding and systematic thinking
• Secure handling of ERP systems and modern BI/reporting tools
• English safe to negotiate (in word and writing)
