We are looking for people who live our IT vision. So we're looking for you Spezialist IT-Service-Portfolio-Manager (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the structural design and further development of our IT service portfolio in cross-departmental cooperation. The responsibility and coordination of the IT service portfolio lies with you. You take over the quality assurance of IT services in the IT service portfolio. In addition, you will support the controllers from the departments and IT in the collection and maintenance of IT services. You take care of the development and coordination of the requirements for the IT service portfolio for integration into the Configuration Management System (CMS). You are also responsible for networking with relevant stakeholders:inside (IT-Change management, IT-operation, business continuity management, IT service continuity management,...).

You have completed their studies in business informatics, economics or comparable studies. Experience in IT service management, preferably with ITIL® certification, will help you. You have knowledge of portfolio management methods and tools. You can demonstrate consulting skills and a pronounced abstraction capacity. Very good communication skills as an interface between departments and IT complete your profile.
