You are the first contact person for calls and visitors:inside, coordinate registrations and ensure a professional and friendly reception You support the planning and implementation of events, workshops and internal appointments – from preparation to post-processing You ensure a smooth office organization by coordinating materials and care and keeping the work environment structured and organized You process mail and e-mails, enter the director's mailbox and start writing, communications and further administrative communication You carry out autonomous assistance and administrative tasks and support the team flexibly in operational day-to-day business

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Safe handling of MS Office and ideally first experience in assistance or administration Very good communicative skills – written and oral – and a friendly, sovereign appearance Embossed service orientation, organisational strength and joy in dealing with people Reliable, discrete and responsible way of working with proactive thinking and good priorities
