Production Planning Assistant (m/f/d)

Support in the creation and updating of production plans taking into account capacities, delivery dates and raw material availability Monitoring production progress and ensuring compliance with timetables Maintenance and updating of planning data in our ERP system Close cooperation with the Purchasing, Warehouse and Quality Control departments to ensure a smooth production process Analysis of production data and creation of reports for identifying optimization potentials Participation in solving problems in production processes and proactive proposals for improvements Support in the planning of maintenance work and production changes

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally focusing on logistics, production or supply chain management First professional experience in production planning or a similar area, preferably in the food or chemical industry Good knowledge of the use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Embossed organisational skills and a structured way of working Communication strength, team skills and problem-solving competence Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
