Set up and operate CNC turning/milling machines for manufacturing single pieces, small or medium series Creating, modifying and entering CNC programs (workshop programming) Testing of workpieces (plant self-testing) according to technical drawings Roughing and measuring tools Maintenance and maintenance of machine tools Monitoring and optimization of the manufacturing process
Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic* or comparable training Practical experience in independent programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes or rotary milling machining centres are advantageous Knowledge of how to use Siemens 840 or similar is advantageous readiness to shift system (possibility to night shift) and multi-machine operation High quality awareness, self-employment and team skills
