The overall strategic and operational responsibility for our key accounts in the insurance, leasing and fleet sector is in your hands. Ensure sustainable growth and strengthen the market position of Carglass® as a relevant partner for our customers. As a disciplinary and professional leadership, you lead a dedicated team of 12 employees, including 7 direct reports, and actively contribute to the further development of skills and team structures. The personal support of important inventory customers: both as well as the support of annual and development talks are key components of your work. You understand building networks and maintaining them in the long term. In close cooperation with Sales, Business Development, Pricing, Marketing and Controlling, you develop market-oriented sales strategies and successfully implement them together with your team.
