Your tasks:

• Manually inserting, cutting and packaging of baked goods according to the specifications of the supervisor
• Packing and assembly of baked goods according to customer specifications and packaging templates
• Monitor and operate the packaging machines
• Visual inspection of the packaged products
• Execution of all related activities on the packaging line
• Careful filling of IFS documentation and forms
• Ensure and comply with applicable hygiene, quality and safety regulations
• cleaning and cleaning of the respective work area and documentation of the cleaning measures carried out
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, logistics and packaging management
• Support of the packaging line in the daily organization and control of the packaging area
• Representation of packaging management in absence
• Management, coordination and motivation of the packaging team
• Ensuring a smooth production and packaging process
• Classification of employees and coordination of workflows
• Introduction and support of new employees
