Internship AIFM Administration (m/f/d)

To support our dedicated Finance & Operations team at the Luxembourg site, we are looking for an intern (m/w/d) in the AIFM Administration area from 01.08.2026. As one of the leading specialists in alternative investments in Europe, we manage over EUR 15 billion. Our focus is on private equity, private debt, infrastructure, secondaries and impact investing.

Main support of corporate services (foundation & liquidation, decision-making, account opening, etc.) and office management (inbox and exit, signature circulation, updating of internal tracking lists, archiving of documents, etc.) If necessary, participation in AIFM’s core functions and processes in portfolio management, risk management, outsourcing controlling, reporting and evaluation Support of the drawing process of the investment Participation in data collection, analysis and reporting of financial data Support of the team in administrative and coordination activities

Studies (at least 4th semester or already completed university studies), preferably economics with a financial focus or a comparable degree course Ideally, previous knowledge in the field of financing and/or accounting Embossed skills and knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, French knowledge of advantage
