As a product manager, you develop the next generation of our commercial submetering solutions together with your squad and actively shape the growth of a strategically important business segment. Take the role of Product Owner and lead a cross-functional team according to agile principles. Based on well-founded analyses and relevant key figures, you drive efficiency, quality and customer benefits sustainably. Together with your squad, you will ensure that all relevant stakeholders are optimally integrated into the processes and business processes are continuously improved – making the basis for sustainable business growth. Product vision and strategy: You are responsible for the product vision for submetering in the industrial sector and guides measurable goals and results – in line with the corporate objectives Active stakeholder management and open communication: You work closely with your squad and other relevant interfaces, prepare decisions in a structured manner and ensure transparency. Complete studies with industrial or technical orientation (e.g. industrial engineering, BWL / VWL) or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience (min. 5 years) in product and/or process management – ideally with points of contact with the real estate or energy sector know-how in strategy development, e.g. from business consulting activities or in a comparable in-house strategy function Previous activities in the agile environment, in the management or control of projects or cross-functional teams – including coaching guidance Strategic thinking combined with customer first attitude and entrepreneurial action Ability to make and implement decisions Structured, independent working and pronounced communication strength – in writing and oral Proactive, open personality with pleasure in Ownership and responsible action Very good German and English skills as well as very good MS Office knowledge; ideally complemented by experience with Power BI
