Management support: You support the Managing Directors of Salvia Group in strategic, administrative and operational topics related to construction projects, corporate processes and cross-site organisational structures. Decision templates and evaluations: You will set up decision templates, presentations, protocols, reporting and evaluations for management – for example at project stands, process key figures, capacities, opportunities and risks or economic developments. Collaboration: You are part of the team of speakers and work directly with the Managing Directors of Salvia Group, as well as with colleagues from different locations, companies, departments and project names. Integration of digital solutions: You support the introduction, testing and further development of AI applications and digital tools within our enterprise, such as process automation, data processing, or knowledge structuring.

Educational background: You have a completed technical study, for example, of industrial engineering, utility technology, energy technology, building technology, industrial informatics, civil engineering, or a comparable degree course. Technical understanding of TGA and construction projects: You have a good understanding of technical relationships in construction or in technical building equipment. Concepts such as execution planning, construction management, submissions, acceptances, commissioning, scheduling or project controlling are ideally familiar to you. Pragmatic mode of operation: You are also taking operational tasks from the general assistance area if You contribute to the success of the entire company. Process understanding: You like to think in processes, structures and relationships. You quickly recognize where processes can be simplified, standardized or digitally supported. Entrepreneurial thinking: You are interested in strategic issues, operational processes and the further development of a medium-sized company in the context of technical building equipment. Communication and interface strength: You can communicate with different contact persons at eye level – from management to project and construction lines to commercial and technical areas.
