You take responsibility: For the entire recruiting process, from order clarification to the implementation of diagnostic procedures (interviews, assessment centers, etc.) to the initiation of contract creation. You are on the right wavelength: You select the appropriate recruiting and sourcing channels and find the best talents for our company. You use your freedom: you meet responsible decisions, quickly translate your fresh ideas into action and creatively shape your activity. These include cooperation in projects for the further development of recruiting, the representation of REWE Group at trade fairs and events, and proactive communication with the relevant stakeholders. You continue to think: You go new and innovative ways that go beyond the 0-8-15 recruiting to win the right people at the right time for us.

Your safe handling of personal interviews and the use of other diagnostic procedures (e.g. moderation of ACs). Your successfully completed studies, for example in economics, psychology, pedagogy or another discipline. Your multi-year professional experience in the recruiting environment, ideally focusing on/pre-experienced in trade, sales or another dynamic industry/specialist area. Your flexibility, including with regard to the specialist areas to be supervised (from controlling and accounting to purchasing to other central areas). Your routined approach to applicant management tools (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) as well as fluent German and good English skills. Your first experiences or points of contact with the moderation of groups, stakeholder management or project management experience.
