For the Vitos Youth Aid in the Idstein region, we are looking for a team leadership (m/w/d) for our daily groups 2 and 5 in the employment range of up to 100 percent.

You accompany children and adolescents at the age of 7 to 15 in a partial-stationary care offer in their education and development (HzE § 32 SGB VIII). You are closely related to young people and their systems of origin, with the need for support in social and learning behaviour, as well as in part psychological vulnerabilities. As an experienced and targeted personality, you will lead and motivate the currently 12 employees of the two teams. In addition, ensure the quality of educational work including reflection, evaluation and further development of methods and structures. Educational support, guidance and day-care are provided from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.

You have completed training as an educator (m/w/d) with professional and management experience in youth assistance. You have knowledge of legal and technical principles. You work with colleagues in the team, know the principles and instruments of good leadership and apply them safely. You reflect themselves and are interested in developing professionally and personally. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, You earn between €3.781,54 and €5.28.99 in addition a SuE supplement and team leader supplement (based on TVöD-B pay group S9, full-time, part-time). In addition, there is an annual special payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
