General Affairs Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated General Affairs Assistant (m/w/d) to strengthen our team.

Tasks

• Complete all tasks related to the reception at Dunlop
• Monitoring of meeting rooms (cleaning, completeness, etc.)
• Guest care including data protection form (Guestbook, ID etc.)
• Tasks in the field of office services, including housekeepers, building technology, cleaning/delivery services, flower care, etc.
• Administrative support of the department (e.g. assignment of tasks to marketing or technical staff for mailing actions).
• Processing of other matters in the field of general administration by appointment of the supervisor

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Good MS Office skills
• Good English language skills in word and writing, also on the phone
• Responsive and reliable work
• High service orientation (proactive), Hands-on mentality
• Flexibility and loadability
