Team Leader Quality Assurance & Inspection for Rail Vehicles (m/f/d)

Quality control: You are responsible for carrying out incoming, intermediate and final inspections on test plans using suitable testing methods and equipment. You take over the documentation of results and the preparation of quality reports to ensure product quality. Process monitoring: You monitor production processes with regard to compliance with defined quality standards. Here you take over the analysis of process deviations and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Defect Management: You take over the collection, analysis and processing of internal and external complaints. You conduct Cause Analysis in Quality Deviations and initiate appropriate countermeasures. Quality management system: You contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system according to ISO 9001. Continuous improvement: You contribute to the development and implementation of measures to continuously improve product and process quality using quality methods. You promote sustainable quality culture in your team or in the entire field.

You have completed technical training as well as further training for technicians, masters or engineers in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable. You bring several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the field of rail vehicles. You have a sound knowledge of quality management (e.g. ISO 9001), in test procedures and in statistical methods. You bring proven leadership experience as well as distinct organizational and communicative skills. You have the ability and motivation to manage and develop a team successfully. You have an analytical and structured way of working as well as distinct problem-solving competencies. You have a safe handling of MS Office and EDV applications. You are owned by the Class B licence.
