• Control, operation and monitoring of process systems in Total freshness
• operation and cleaning of heating systems and including Provision and filling tank areas according to work instructions and production regulations
• production of fresh milk, fresh cheese (square) and Sour milk products.
• Operation of the thermal system
• Ensuring proper workflow
• compliance with all specifications and production and Hygiene requirements
• operation of mixing systems and release of filling paths Filling

Your profile:

• completed vocational training in the food industry and relevant professional experience desirable
• Professional handling of MS Office as well as operation and Control of process systems
• ready for shift and weekend service
• A high degree of responsibility and motivation
• Safe handling of quality systems (IFS, hygiene requirements)
• knowledge of the handling of production controls
