The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. The Clinic for Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery has been in Rendsburg since 2016. Six specialist physicians treat patients in a modern infrastructure with an operating tract opened in 2023, friendly station and modern offices. We are now looking for an active MFA (m/w/d) that supports us on Monday to Friday at daytime from 07:00 to 15:30 at the station of neuro and spinal surgery. Your tasks – You can look forward to this Structured patient care: You support the care of neurosurgical patients both in medical and administrative procedures and contribute to a structured care. Reliable business assistance: During the visits, you will accompany the medical team and assist reliably in medical activities. Competent contact role: As a central contact person, you are competent to assist patients, patients, relatives and employees of the station and adjacent areas. Efficient process coordination: You perform administrative and coordinating tasks within the department and thus ensure efficient processes and clear processes.

You have a completed training as MFA (m/w/d) or examinated nursing power (m/w/d). You bring basic IT skills. You have a strong interest in the treatment of neurosurgical patients. High responsiveness, flexibility, commitment and your communicative skills allow you to work together successfully at all levels. A pronounced concept of service and an empirical approach to patients are of course for you.
