Field of work: Strategy & Standards The Strategy & Standards section focuses on the strategic target images and guidelines of gematics, with the aim of successfully continuing the digital transformation of the German healthcare system together with partners.

You bear the holistic responsibility for the Strategy & Standards business unit as well as for the associated organizational processes, work results, objectives and budgets. In addition, you will conduct and develop a powerful team of experienced professionals and executives both strategically and operationally.

You are part of the management group and contribute significantly to the development and implementation of the corporate strategy and the annual corporate objectives. In addition, you build central stakeholder relationships and plead them with the aim of high strategic and operational effectiveness in the sense of gematik.

You always keep a close eye on political developments, analyze their impact on the healthcare industry and the issues and develop appropriate formats and strategies based on them.

You create trusted relationships with political decision-makers and actively engage the interests of gematic in relevant political and strategic discourses.

You take responsibility for promoting user centering and effectiveness along value creation processes and prioritise sustainable cooperation with national and international actors from politics, self-government and industry. The design and implementation of strategy claws complete this task.

You will deepen strategic dialogues on topics such as knowledge transfer between European digital agencies, cross-border data exchange and the European Health Data Area and promote innovation in the healthcare system.

Degree: You have a degree in health management, public management, business management, politics or a comparable area. Further qualifications such as an MBA or a promotion are a plus.

Experience: You look back on a well-founded multiannual professional experience in the advanced healthcare sector and have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a manager at director level. You have proven to have developed and implemented successful corporate strategies and have managed complex organisations and teams – ideally in healthcare and/or business consulting.

Competence: You bring comprehensive expertise in strategy development and Foresight. Your deep understanding of the German and European political system, relevant DE and EU policies, key players as well as your experience in legislative and policy processes, regulatory implementation skills and expertise on topics such as interoperability and cross-border data exchange are all the more obvious.

Methodological competence: You have a high methodological competence in strategy development, moderation and process design. You are also experienced in stakeholder management and interest representation at national and international level.

Working methods: You think strategically and solution-oriented, analyze complex topics precisely and implement them in a targeted manner. Your transparent and convincing communication at all levels and with political and economic stakeholders make you a strong and inclusive leader.

Personality: You are inspiring and assertive, have political feeling and diplomatic skill. With your human-centered and modern leadership philosophy, you shape sustainable dialogue and build long-term partnerships successfully.
