That's what you bring Successfully completed studies in the field of supply engineering, building engineering, civil engineering, technical building equipment, industrial engineering with a technical focus or a comparable technical study direction Multiannual professional experience in technical real estate management, technical facility management or technical building operation Experience in the management of technical service providers and in the planning and implementation of investment, reconstruction or modernisation measures Good understanding of technical building equipment, building automation and modern energy and efficiency concepts.
