Full-time baker (m/f/d)

In our bakery we combine traditional craft with modern baking techniques. We attach great importance to the craftsmanship of high-quality baked goods according to our own recipes and to consistently high quality. As part of our team, you work with the best raw materials and bring your skills into all areas of the bakery.

Your tasks with us

• Production of our bread and bread assortment by in-house recipes
• Processing and processing of various doughs (wheat, rye, spelt and mixed pastry)
• Work with pastry and sourdough including care and guidance
• Manufacture of fine bakery products and snacks, e.g. bread biscuits, particles and liquors
• Forming, working and baking of our products
• Operation of modern baking and kneading technology and the use of traditional manufacturing processes
• Control of pasta and baking processes to ensure our quality standards
• participation in the development of new products and seasonal specialities
• Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines (HACCP)
• cooperation with confectionery and sales team

• Monday – Thursday: 02:00 – 10:00
• Friday: 01:00 – 09:00
• Saturday: 00:00 – 08:00
• Sunday: 03:00 – 08:00
